Training for a triathlon? Or do you just want to get in shape? In the water every second counts, especially when you compete. We offer highly structured and effective athletic training program for novice and seasoned swimmers. Swimming makes you lean and mean, while allowing you to gradually increase your heart rate and blood circulation. This program is great for swimmers who are training to compete.
This class will provide a mixture of low-impact swimming exercises and aerobic exercises in an indoor, semi-heated pool in the Washington Park Natatorium. Every second counts in the water.
